Receiving a FireBug vehicle is the start of a journey. From detailed hand-over checks to customer training, taking delivery of your vehicle is a seamless experience. For the whole-life of your vehicle, you can benefit from cost effective service contracts for maintenance and spare parts. Routine servicing and contract maintenance arrangements are available, all of which are customised to suit a customer’s requirements. These are even available for vehicles not originally supplied by FireBug. Programmes can be arranged at our factory or at a customer’s premises, including where these are overseas.

However reliable a vehicle is, it still needs regular servicing. Our engineers mostly work on our customers’ sites and carry all the necessary diagnostic equipment. We offer a global on-site maintenance, repair, refurbishment and testing capability and can provide vehicle sales and training to meet our customer’s needs.  Our engineers are skilled and trained on the full range of fire vehicles, regardless of manufacturer, and are vastly experienced in working throughout the world.
