Our fire fighting equipment range is growing – beware of copies!

Dear Customer

OUR FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT RANGE IS GROWING – BEWARE OF COPIES!

The rollout and implementation of ST15 MistNozzle; our proprietary handheld misting nozzle, is gathering huge international momentum. We are seeing promising results from Southern & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Australasia and Asia.

There is no doubt that this product is becoming a significant first choice for fire fighters worldwide due to the outstanding results in terms of water efficiency, cooling, extinguishing speed and fire fighter safety. Due to the success FireBug are achieving, it is not surprising that we are already seeing “copy cat” products being introduced from other suppliers in the market.

Regardless of rumors, speculation and competitors claims of aesthetic “design” infringement, this technology and in particular the ST15 MistNozzle entire product technology has been developed by FireBug in conjunction with a leading UK Fire and Rescue Service, over the past 3 years. It absolutely does not infringe on any other companies designs.

Onwards and upwards! We are pleased to have been able to create a stable and growing platform, infrastructure and team over the past 6 months as well as appointing distributors in many of our key territories globally. As requested by you, the international fire fighting market, we have a pipeline of new and innovative developments including the launch in July of our ST15 Mini and our MistMax skid, followed by our lance for external compartment fire fighting. Please note: this is FireBug proprietary technology, we caution you to be aware of copies being sold into the market.

If you need any clarity on this matter we would welcome you to contact us directly – nick.link@firebuggroup.com. For information regarding the new product range, we look forward to engaging with you further to discuss an opportunity to present or demonstrate these products to you. Thank you for your continued support.

Yours Sincerely.
